we couldn't be more excited.
on a side note:we had a splendid 4th.
pool party with friends and
half of a firework show.

this cracks me up. I just cant picture you out there flinging chickens around by their little necks. I'm glad for both of you that she came through.

We use to have a chicken farm in California. I remember one summer my dad trying to break all the chickens necks and the whole kitchen being a mess. Good times, good times. I like collecting the eggs much better. Your mama chicken is sooo cute! I like the picture of you and the girls. I haven't talked to you in forever. How is work and life?
Be careful of the Arizona heat... we just lost a chicken to heat stroke. She had shade and all the amenities, but the heat was just too much for her :o(
