at least i don't have to worry about a false start at the 2024 (?) summer olympics.
on the topic of summer: if your not swimming your inside. it is SIZZLING HOT here! we've had lots of inside time to practice for the spelling bee...

Alisha,

I thought I was the only one who knew the popcorn song!!! I sing that to Mira all the time. When I was little, my grandma taught me so many cute little songs like that & I love passing them on.

I love the olympics also and have been watching the trials as much as I can, however Rachel (my sister-in-law) didn't even know that they were this year. Just the other day, when I was talking to Tim about them, she wouldn't believe me that they were this year! I couldn't believe she didn't know, I thought everyone loved them!

I can't wait for the olympics to start! I LOVE gymnastics for obvious reasons. It's probably the only thing I get REALLY into. That video reminded me of one I have of Kendra at 18 months. Kendra knew all of her letters by 18 months and was reading by three years old and now she is adding and subtracting. I rarely sit down with Kessa. She has to learn everything from Kendra. Surprisingly I haven't sat down with her and she learns all the same things. It's a little different with the second. I can't wait to see your baby!

Leesh,
Jill is so smart "s" "m" "r" "t", as Mr. Simpson would say. Well, I immediately called Grandma Crane and told her to look at the blog and it made her day. I was noticing that when you held up the letters most of the time they were right for me which means they are backward for jill....extra smart. s m r t

I'm excited for my boys to watch the Olympics this year. I think they'll be fascinated!

And can I just say that Jillian is brilliant? She's athletic, smart, AND musically talented!
